The Ambler Theater is showing another of Around Ambler’s favorite movies. On Wednesday, August 31st, at 7 pm, the AV Club presents 1968’s, Planet of the Apes.

Watch Charlton Heston chew the scenery, kiss a pretty attractive chimpanzee and deliver, quite possibly, one of the greatest lines in movie history. Spoiler alert – the scene below is the second best scene of the movie and is really for people who have already seen it in all of its glory.
