Ambler Plaza, encompassing #12-20 East Butler Avenue ( where Minuteman Press is located) is under new ownership and renovations of the 13,ooo square feet of space will be underway soon.

Mike Ilg, the new owner, along with Theresa Aldamlouji and her design firm, Aldamlouji & Parker plan to build and lease a “we work” type of office space on the second floor with common shared amenities and shared access to a proposed roof deck or two. Private office space will also be available.

Gary Leone, from CBRE is the broker for the 6,200 square foot first floor retail space ( 1,000 of which is occupied by Minuteman Press). The remaining space has the ability of being sub-divided into 800-1,400 square feet of individual retail space.
