Ambler Borough Zoning Hearing Board Meeting Changes and Agenda for December 11

There is an Ambler Borough Zoning Board meeting tonight at 7pm at Ambler Borough Hall.

Ambler Borough has received a continuance request from the applicant at 61 N. Main Street (Forest & Main) regarding their  Zoning Hearing Board application for 175 Rosemary Avenue and will be scheduling the application for 61 N. Main Street for a future date in early January.

Zaccone Motors is still going on as scheduled for this evening.

On tonight’s agenda:

“…the Board will hear testimony and accept evidence on the application of Claudio Zaccone (owner) for the real property located at 171 Rosemary Avenue and 175 Rosemary Avenue, Ambler, PA 19002 parcel number 01-00- 04402-00-7 and 01-00-04408-00-1 (the “Tracts”) requesting to construct a garage on an existing paved area for vehicle storage in order to better define customer parking on the site in the R3- Residentially Zoned District. Specifically, the Applicant requests a variance from Section 27-803 maximum building area, maximum impervious total area, required rear yard, and Section 27-806 required buffer yard to permit a proposed garage.”

There is a continuance for the following item regarding the Forest and Main property, the agenda item states:

“…the Board will hear testimony and accept evidence on the application of Forest & Main Brewing Company (applicant) for the real property located at 61 N. Main Street, Ambler, PA 19002 parcel number 01-00-02734- 00-1 (the “Tract”) requesting to have outdoor storage facilities in the DC – Downtown Commercial Zoning District. Specifically, the Applicant requests a special exception pursuant to Section 27-2802.2.C to permit outdoor storage facilities. Applicant also seeks an appeal of the decision of the Zoning Officer regarding the outdoor storage facilities.”
