Only five suburban restaurants in the Philadelphia region were recognized in Philadelphia magazine’s 50 Best Restaurants. Among the five is Ambler’s La Baja, a Mexican restaurant from Chef Dionicio Jiménez. In the profile, the magazine describes La Baja as, “a bold, sometimes stunning experiment in biographical fusion.”
