St. Charles Borromeo Seminary’s Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez ordained Paul A. Fisher, James J. McGonigal, David M. McGovern, and Christopher Parker to the Permanent Diaconate for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia on Saturday, June 10.

According to the seminary’s Facebook post, the four completed six years of formation at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary.

In related news, the seminary held its last graduation ceremony and Concursus address at the Wynnewood campus last month.

Concursus is the Seminary’s annual graduation ceremony where academic degrees are awarded to seminarians, as well as religious and lay students, enrolled in its college and graduate college programs.

The seminary will be relocated to a new facility in Lower Gwynedd in 2024.
