Bake Pizzeria at Wake, 808 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, is looking to hire an experienced pizza chef.

The ideal candidate will have experience making sourdough pizza and a passion for working with locally sourced ingredients. As a pizza chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, delicious pizzas for our customers using traditional techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare sourdough pizza dough and other pizza ingredients from scratch
– Create a variety of pizza toppings using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
– Cook pizzas to perfection in our oven
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
– Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized
– Collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff to create new and exciting pizza recipes
