There is a pending distributor’s liquor license for Beer Vault in an endcap unit of the Whitpain Shopping Center at 1510 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell (Whitpain Township). The license is a transfer from the former Whitpain Beverage just down the street at 1667 DeKalb Pike. That building is now home to a martial arts academy.

Since it is a transfer within the municipality, it does not need a vote from the Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors. The approval process rests with the PLCB. The owner is Rinkal J. Ramani.
