Blue Bell Corner shopping center in Ambler nearing being fully leased with the addition of four new tenants

Vantage Commercial has announced that the Blue Bell Corner shopping center, located near the corner of West Butler and Skippack pikes in Ambler (Whitpain Township), has four new tenants. The shopping center is now just one tenant shy of being fully leased. AroundAmbler.com recently reported that Manhattan Bagel is opening in the space within the center previously home to Dunkin’. The other three new tenants include a women’s boutique, hair salon, and nail salon.

“We are thrilled to welcome these new tenants to Blue Bell Corner,” said Vince Ceroli, senior advisor at Vantage Commercial. “Each of these businesses brings something special to the center, enhancing the shopping experience for our community. With just one space left, we look forward to completing our vibrant mix of tenants.”

The names and owners of the three new businesses weren’t included with the announcement, but here is what we do know:

The new women’s boutique will feature a “curated selection of high-end fashion-forward clothing, accessories, and unique pieces. Catering to the latest trends and timeless styles, the boutique is poised to become a favorite among local shoppers looking for quality and style.”

The nail salon will offer a full range of manicure and pedicure services, and promises to provide a relaxing and luxurious experience, with an inviting atmosphere designed to attract both regulars and new visitors.

The hair salon is described as “chic” and is “set to become the go-to place for stylish haircuts, coloring, and treatments.” It will have a team of skilled professionals and aims to meet the grooming needs of
the community while delivering top-notch service.

Blue Bell Corner was represented by Emily Stein, managing director at Vantage Commercial, with Ceroli. The pair also acted in a dual role with the boutique and hair salon tenants. You can find the details on the last remaining space here.
