Bridgets Steakhouse seeks zoning relief to expand dining upstairs

On the agenda for the February 10th meeting of the Borough of Ambler’s Zoning Hearing Board is an application from Red Brick Associates, LP, which owns the property at 6 West Butler Avenue in the borough. The notice can be viewed here (page 9).

The application involves Bridgets Steakhouse seeking to expand the square footage utilized for dining by 521 square feet. The new dining space would be on the second floor of the building.

Zoning relief is needed because the additional space used for dining triggers an increase in the parking requirement. Obtaining the variance would allow them to expand without adding parking.

The hearing is scheduled for February 10th at 6:30 p.m. at Ambler’s Borough Hall at 131 Rosemary Avenue.
