Cocktails to-go now the law in Pennsylvania. See what local restaurants are offering

Governor Wolf signed HB-327 Bill into law earlier this week, which allows Pennsylvania restaurants to sell cocktails to-go up to 11:00 p.m. daily. However, most places are closing by 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. so be aware of that.

This is also not meant to be a forever change to the liquor laws in Pennsylvania. Permission to sell cocktails to-go will phase out when restaurants begin to reach a certain percentage of their pre-pandemic business.

Note that you are also not supposed to walk-up, buy one, and then walk down the street drinking it. The open container laws are still in effect. These cocktails are meant to be enjoyed at home. You can buy up to 64 ounces per transaction.

So what are local restaurants offering? We have the details below.

Please note that this post will need to be updated over the next week as menus are added, change, etc.
