On March 21, 2026, families gathered at Ricciardi Park in Ambler for the annual Ambler Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt. The event attracted a large turnout of local residents, with participation increasing from 340 children in 2025 to 375 children in 2026. Kids took part in egg hunt throughout the park in addition to take photos with the Easter Bunny.
The event is one of several organized annually by the Ambler Kiwanis Club, which focuses on initiatives that support children and strengthen the communities in which they live. Volunteer efforts play a central role in the success of these events, helping to create engaging and memorable experiences for local families, while continued community support ensures their sustainability.

This year’s Easter Egg Hunt was supported by local sponsors, including Tannery Run Brew Works, Schaef-Myers Funeral Home, Elina L. Photography, and PlumbPRO Services. Sponsorship contributions enabled the event to remain free and accessible to the public, supporting participation across a broad range of families in the area.
The Ambler Kiwanis Club organizes multiple events throughout the year as part of its broader mission to promote community involvement and youth development. Among its largest annual events is the Fourth of July Fireworks and Carnival, held at Wissahickon High School, which draws attendees from across the region. Other recurring events include the Upper Dublin Carnival, Key Club outdoor programming, a Halloween parade, and the Ambler Christmas parade. Collectively, these initiatives fundraise and contribute to ongoing community-building efforts and provide structured, family-oriented activities throughout the year.
As a participating sponsor, PlumbPRO Services demonstrated support for community-based initiatives consistent with the mission of the Ambler Kiwanis Club. In addition to financial sponsorship, the organization contributed Philadelphia Union tickets as part of a raffle basket, which served to enhance attendee engagement. Elina L. Photography documented the event, capturing key moments and contributing to the preservation of the day’s activities.
