On Tuesday, December 6th, from 5 to 9 pm, Sweet Briar Cafe’ in Ambler is offering a 4 course tasting menu for $28 dollars.

Soup: Sweet Potato and Red Lentil.

 

Appetizer: Sausage and Cipollini stuffed mushrooms with a balsamic parmesan cheese sauce

 

Entree Choices:
1. Grilled Strip Steak with Sage Chimichurri.
2. Pomegranate Glazed Salmon over Quinoa Pilaf
3. Eggplant Parmesan and Swiss Chard Lasagna with ricotta and zucchini over red sauce.
