On Wednesday, February 22nd, the Montco Senior Adult Activity Center in Ambler is offering a class about gardening for seniors.

Christine Sinotte, a member of the Master Gardener Group at Penn State Cooperative Extension, discusses the physical and mental benefits of gardening for seniors. The presentation will include discussions on low maintenance gardening strategies that encompass accessibility and safety tips, supportive equipment and ergonomic tools and simple garden solutions for different living situations.
