Lower Gwynedd has issued a notice that Penllyn Pike is closed between Bethlehem Pike and Gypsy Hill Road due to a down tree. Crews are on-site working to remove the tree. The down tree was first reported at approximately 11:23 a.m.

There is a small power outage in the same area that is impacting eight accounts. PECO projects that power will be restored by 1:30 p.m.
