First death in Ambler due to Coronavirus

Montgomery County officials announced today that a resident of Ambler is among the 11 deaths due to Coronavirus since yesterday (note that deaths occurred over two-to-three days). The victim from Ambler was a 90-year-old-male. The total number of deaths in the county is now 43.

There have been 108 new positive test results for Coronavirus in the county since yesterday. That brings the new total to 1,402.

The latest local numbers are:

  • Ambler is at 31, which is three more than yesterday
  • Lower Gwynedd is at 32, which is four more than yesterday
  • Upper Dublin is at 44, which is one more than yesterday
  • Whitpain is at 35, which is four more than yesterday
