Germantown Academy’s own Bradley Cooper is going to perform with the Philadelphia Orchestra in June

Germantown Academy’s own Bradley Cooper is going to perform with the Philadelphia Orchestra Next month. On June 20th, 21st and 22nd Cooper, along with actress Cary Mulligan, will narrate the orchestra’s performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Candide at the Kimmel Center. Both will appear in all three performances, to be led by music director Yannick Nézet-Séguin June 20, 21, and 22.

Apparently Cooper has been preparing to star and direct in a movie about Leonard Bernstein (who wrote the music for West Side Story and Peter Pan) amongst other classic works and Bradley is using this performance to learn more about the classical music genre.
