First responders were dispatched to the Upper Dublin Wastewater Plant at 455 Delaware Avenue in the township following a call at 9:58 a.m. for a hazardous materials incident. According to Emergency Alerts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the incident involved a 150-pound tank being released into the building.
