Healthy Kids Running Series hitting the pavement in Upper Dublin

Healthy Kids Running Series of Upper Dublin, a 5-week race series for kids aged two through high school, has opened registration for its Fall series. Healthy Kids Running Series (HKRS) aims to introduce children to exercise in a positive way and motivate them to lead healthy lifestyles. The organization hosts a Spring and Fall Series each year, with races held at Wissahickon High School in Ambler.

There are eight divisions per race, most based on age level. HKRS includes a “Challenger Division,” an adaptive 75-yard dash for children with disabilities. All participants receive a medal after the last race! Trophies will be awarded to overall top finishers for kindergarten-high school and Challenger divisions.
