The Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors has announced that there will be an informal presentation on a potential land development proposal for 795 Jolly Road in Blue Bell (Whitpain Township) on Tuesday, August 5th at 6:00 p.m. This property is often referred to as Parcel D. The presentation will take place during the supervisor’s regular work meeting.

In recent years, the property has had proposals to redevelop with townhouses and a research lab facility. Neither proposal moved forward. The map of the property is pictured above.
