Manage store operations
· Maintain accountability for checklists and punch lists
· Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

Manage Staff
· Schedules shifts
· Maintain team culture

Manage The Customer Experience
· Maintain positive attitudes
· Effectively communicate
· Handle customer issues

Qualifications
· Previous experience managing a retail store
· Strong leadership qualities
· Demonstrates a strong expectation of yourself and the work you produce
