Lower Gwynedd-based Harth Builders announced on November 10th that it had received several national and regional honors, recognizing it as one of the top design-build remodeling companies in the Philadelphia region.

Among the most notable awards this year are:

NARI National Remodeler of the Year (RotY) Award: Residential Exterior $50,000–$100,000 (Chestnut Hill Victorian Porch Restoration).

NARI Regional Remodeler of the Year Awards: Residential Interior $250,000–$500,000 (Wyndmoor Manor Kitchen and First Floor Remodel); Residential Exterior $50,000–$100,000 (Chestnut Hill Victorian Porch Restoration); Residential Exterior Over $200,000 (Ambler Exterior Transformation, pictured above).

Chrysalis Awards: Regional Award – Residential Exterior (Ambler Exterior Transformation); Regional Award – Residential Interior $300,000–$500,000 (Wyndmoor Manor Kitchen and First Floor Remodel); Decade of Excellence Award, recognizing firms that have won Chrysalis honors in ten or more separate years since the program became national in 2000.

Qualified Remodeler Recognition: Top 500 nation’s largest firms – ranked #127, up from #142 in 2024; Master Design Award – Silver in the Exterior Facelift category (Ambler Exterior Transformation).

Philadelphia Business Journal Rankings: Largest Private Companies – ranked #47 out of 161; Largest Family-owned Businesses – ranked #29 out of 56.

Harth Builders is preparing to celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026. The milestone follows the recent passing of Allyn Harth, the company’s founder.
