Man awaits sentencing for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Upper Dublin

Khyree H. Carter Conix, 32, of Philadephia, faces 5 to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of sex offender registration after admitting to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Upper Dublin Township in November 2024, The Reporter said.

Carter Conix pleaded guilty to a felony charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with someone under 16. He will be evaluated by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board to determine if he will be classified as a sexually violent predator before a judge can impose a sentence.

The investigation began in December 2024 after the girl told investigators she met Carter Conix in the spring of 2024 while she and a friend were walking in Ambler, The Reporter said. Carter Conix allegedly approached the girl and asked for her number, after which they communicated via text messages and FaceTime. During their conversations over the next several months, Carter Conix showed the girl his genitals and convinced her to show him her body parts.

On November 8, 2024, Carter Conix drove the girl and her 13-year-old friend to a parking lot near Camp Hill Road in Upper Dublin where he had sexual contact with the girl while the friend was in the back seat, according to the friend’s testimony.
