On Wednesday, June 28th, new or experienced Manga artists and fans are welcome to the Wissahickon Valley Public Library in Blue Bell for their Manga Art Club. The club meets between 4 pm and 5:30 pm and this month they are focusing on how to draw shading. The ages for the club are between 13 and 18 and registration is requested.
