Maple Glen Pointe, a 72-townhome community located at 1810 Hemlock Court in Upper Dublin Township, is expecting to welcome residents by early 2026.
According to developer Pulte Homes, which purchased the 18-acre site for $12.2 million, the community will offer three home designs (Westmont, Faraday, and Northbrook).
Plans for Preserve at Maple Glen, a 53-carriage home development located just East of the intersection of Norristown and Welsh Roads, are also underway.
According to developer Sal Paone Builder of Spring House, the community offers three styles (The Knox, The Collins, and The Cade). More details here.
