Melody’s Viet-Thai Grillhouse is in the process of putting the final decorating touches in their space in the former Ambler Cabaret Building at 51 East Butler Avenue( next door to Sushi Hatsu).

As we write this, kitchen equipment is being set up, and the lunch and dinner menus have been released. The owners tell us that they plan to have their much awaited opening within the last two weeks of this month. We will keep you posted! See a few shots of the progress and menus below:

Melody’s has a casual, open-kitchen concept with rustic wood and metal decor, and includes a large counter where you can sit and eat, in addition to dining tables that will seat about 48 people.
