Melody’s Vietnam (47 East Butler Avenue) in Ambler is set to have its soft opening for dinner on Friday, April 29th and Saturday, April 30th. Starting next week the restaurant will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for dinner (dine-in only) with plans for a more expansive schedule in the future.

The restaurant was previously known as Melody’s Grillehouse, but the owners, Chris and Thanh Nguyen, decided to rebrand and bring the menu more in line with their other restaurant Gabriella’s Vietnam in Philadelphia.

The new menu will feature authentic Vietnamese dishes using traditional techniques. You can view the menu for the soft opening here (this will be expanded on as well in the future). Reservations are suggested.
