Montgomery County Community College will put on TheaterWorksUSA’s “Pete the Cat” musical on Saturday, October 3. The family-friendly production is based on the bestselling children’s book series, “Pete the Cat,” by Kimberly and James Dean. The show will begin at 11 a.m. in the Montco Cultural Center Theater, located at 1212 Morris Rd in Blue Bell. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.

The show follows Pete the Cat, a music-loving pet. Pete is caught “rocking out” after bedtime and sent to live with the Biddle family to learn some manners. But while staying with the Biddles, he ends up teaching them! Pete leads the family on a series of adventures to help them, especially their uptight son Jimmy, embrace creativity and love music.

“Pete the Cat” is recommended for children ages 4-9 and their families.
