We reported a couple of weeks ago on Vida & Comida, one of Ambler’s newest restaurants. They let us know they are having some specials on Mother’s Day and they sound delicious.

Special appetizers Mother’s Day Sunday include Lobster Salad in a bed of Boston Lettuce and Micro Greens in a light citrus mayonnaise, Shrimp and Calamari Salad with shrimp and calamari in a sherry Vinegar, Artichoke Hearts with Serrano Ham in a light tomato sauce.

For the entrees, they are serving an 8 ounce Filet Mignon with two Grilled Shrimp in a demi glace reduction sauce, Grilled Lamb Chops with garlic confit and mint, Baked Salmon, with tarragon sauce, Sautéed Black Sea Bass filet with a orange light cream sauce. You can enjoy a Mimosa with your entree!
