NBC10’s Deanna Durante recently reported on a police investigation into a sex offender, 34-year-old Stetron Cathcart of California, who they say exposed himself to a Pennsylvania realtor while speaking with her on Zoom. He is then alleged to have stalked and harassed her further through text messages and voicemails. Watch the report below.
