NBC10’s Deanna Durante reported on conditions at The Woods apartment complex in Ambler (Upper Dublin). Durante interviewed current and former residents who spoke of Rushmore Management, who manages the property, not being responsive to complaints of mold and sewage. Upper Dublin Township Manager Kurt Ferguson shared with Durante that the township found Rushmore’s response “dismissive” when the township discussed the issues with them. Several apartments within the community have now been condemned.
