The Dreshertown Plaza at 1650 Limekiln Pike renewed several suites, signed a new tenant, and has four spaces available for newcomers.
Dunkin’ Donuts recently signed a lease at the former Santander Bank.
“They should be starting their fit-out construction process soon. They’ll turn the bank into a restaurant. They won’t be demolishing the building,” Catherene Cardinale, marketing director for the Pennsylvania office of Paramount Realty, said.
The new restaurant will feature a drive-thru window, though no exact timeline for the project is available yet.
The former Pet Valu, which vacated over a year ago, and the Rite Aid, which shut down in December, are available. A 1,600 sf former dry cleaners and a 2,400 sf suite, currently an empty space, are available as well.
A Bubbakoo’s Burritos franchise opened in the plaza in November. Dance Time Dance Academy renewed their lease. They occupy three spaces in the plaza.
