The Pet of the Week is a dog named Billie who has an Instagram following. Diane, Billy’s owner writes:

Our cockapoo Billie is 9 months old!  She’s adorable and has a following on Instagram.  We are training her to be a therapy dog and she is a very sweet puppy!!  Look at her Instagram account for more photos @billieinphilly.
