Pet Of The Week | Carson

This week’s Pet Of The Week is an English Mastiff named Carson.  Carson’s owner, Lorie, writes:

This is Carson (named for Carson Wentz). He is 125 lbs. of pure mush!  Carson is more like a person than a dog!  He has no idea how large he is and thinks he is a lap dog.

Carson came to us in the Fall of 2016 while I was away on a girls weekend.  My husband and kids decided we needed a second dog and went to the breeder to “visit”.

They came home with him that evening and to my surprise, when I walked in the door, there he was, all cute and cuddly with those soulful eyes.  I fell in love immediately!

Carson’s favorite thing is to play tug of war with his rope toys.  If you come into our home, you will find many toys and ropes scattered around the house.  He also loves to sleep with me and my husband…good thing we have a King size bed…it’s like having 3 people in one bed!  He is a very affectionate boy and has brought us much joy and happiness.

Pet of the Week is sponsored by Canine Country, which is a 10,000 square foot climate controlled facility (at a comfortable 70 degrees) offering dog boardingdog groomingdog day care and dog training.
