The Pet of the Week is a dog named Sammie. The Saffier family submitted this about their dog:
This is Sammie, a resident of Lower Gwynedd who will turn nine on October 26th. He is a Cavachon…that’s a purposeful mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise. The combination of these breeds makes for an energetic but affectionate family dog. Photogenic? You be the judge. And…hypoallergenic! He doesn’t shed his silky fur (much). He loves people, hates deer, and really wants very little to do with other dogs. Obedient, loyal, even-mannered, and that face is an attention-getter. I dare say, the perfect dog and the most photographed member of our family. A constant source of joy.
