The Philadelphia Business Journal reports that BET Investments has a 90-acre corporate office campus under agreement in Upper Dublin Township. The property has been the longtime home to Prudential Insurance Co. and is located at 2101 Welsh Road in Dresher (shown as No. 1 on the image).

The interesting part is that this campus is the potential for BET to create a contiguous 200-acre mixed-use development by connecting this property with two others it owns, an office building at 200 Dryden Road (No. 2) and The Promenade at Upper Dublin (No. 3, note the image shows it while under construction).
