Police are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle that was parked at a shopping center on October 16th in Maple Glen. The theft took place during broad daylight and the victim actually returned to her car after shopping to catch them in the act.

A witness shared photos with the police and 6ABC Actions News, which has a report.
