Reimagined Colony Club in Ambler now twins listed as “coming soon” for just under $1 million each

The Colony Club at 45 North Ridge Avenue in Ambler dates back to 1912 and has been home to a church, a women’s civic organization, a library, and the Knights of Malta. In 2020, the property was purchased by a developer under the name Colony Club Ambler, LLC, with the intent to convert the building into twins.

The two twins were recently listed on real estate websites such as Zillow for $998,500 with the “coming soon” designation. They are officially scheduled to hit the market on September 1st. Both homes offer three bedrooms and three baths, with the unit designated “A” having 2,725 square feet and “B” coming in slightly larger with 3,005 square feet. We searched property records and found that $851,604 is the current record for a single-family home within the borough. A handful of homes sold in the $700,000 to $750,000 range.
