RISE Barre and Fitness is hosting their first Wellness Workshop this Sunday November 19th at 11am. Wellness coach, Meg MacDonald, will lead an interactive, personally targeted workshop that will give a better understanding about the health and wellness issues in your life that could benefit from implementing some positive change.
