Lower Gwynedd Township had issued a notice on August 21st at approximately 3:30 p.m. that there are “significant traffic back-ups” at Sumneytown Pike and Wellington Drive as you approach the Spring House intersection. According to the notice there is an an electrical surge impacting the equipment within the signals.

The public is asked to avoid this area while the repairs are underway.
