On the December 19th agenda for the Whitpain Township zoning hearing board is an application (view) from Viral Patel that seeks zoning relief to allow a larger sign for a business opening at the former 7-Eleven at 1710 Swede Road in Blue Bell (Whitpain Township).

The business, Smoker’s Destiny, offers “top-quality smoke and wellness products, including Vaporizers, Vapes, Hookah, E-Liquids, Premium Cigars, Rolling Papers, Smoking Accessories & Wraps, Cartridge Batteries, and Kava,” according to its website. Smoker’s Destiny currently has eight stores in the Philadelphia region.

The zoning relief sought is to allow a 70 square foot façade sign. The zoning code allows for a 20-square-foot façade sign.

The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the township building.
