SPENGA Offering Students the Opportunity to have a Fit Summer

SPENGA, a new fitness studio in Spring House Village, is offering a special summer rate for high school and college students.

SPENGA is a unique fitness experience, which combines the 3 main pillars of fitness, cardio, strength training, and flexibility, into a dynamic 1-hour workout, which includes 20 minutes of Spinning, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga.

“This is a great opportunity for students to begin or continue their fitness journeys and develop good fitness habits,” says SPENGA General Manager, Cheri St. Martine. “SPENGA provides a personalized fitness experience, which allows members at all different fitness levels to workout together, with everyone being able to achieve their own fitness goals.
