Staybridge Suites Philadelphia-Montgomeryville, located at 119 Garden Golf Blvd in North Wales, has sold to local investors for $9.89 million, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported last week.

The four-story, 105-key hotel was built in 2012 and spans 88,519 sf.

The purchaser, an entity affiliated with Pinnacle Hospitality Group of Westville, New Jersey, acquired the property on January 15. Pinnacle also owns the adjacent 101-room Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia Montgomeryville at 121 Garden Golf Blvd.
