StretchLab, an assisted stretching franchise, hosted a grand opening for its newest studio in Blue Bell on Saturday, April 20.
StretchLab offers one-on-one personalized stretching services. The studio’s “Flexologists” hold a nationally recognized certificate in assisted stretching.
Located at 728 Dekalb Pike, StretchLab Blue Bell is owned and operated by Natalie Murray, a fitness enthusiast and local resident originally from Jamaica.
“As a personal trainer, I saw the difference that stretching made for my clients, and as a patient, I experienced its positive impact on my physical and mental healing,” Murray said. “I wanted to share this gift of healing with others.”
Monthly memberships are available for four or eight visits per month, as well as drop-in stretches.
“I was truly amazed during the pandemic to see stretching transformed into a thriving business,” Murray said. ” It was great to see the emphasis being placed on stretching as a vital source of recovery, rejuvenation, and a key performance amplifier. My passion for health, wellness, and especially stretching led me to StretchLab. I’m thrilled to bring this new location to my community, helping people feel their best and reclaim the activities they cherish most.”
The Blue Bell studio will also offer its members access to the MAPS machine, a new technology that identifies movement inefficiencies across four critical categories: Mobility, Activation, Posture and Symmetry.
StretchLab Blue Bell is open Monday through Thursday from 8″00am to 8:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
