The Promenade at Upper Dublin, a mixed-use residential and retail community nearing completion at Welsh Road and Dreshertown Road in Dresher (Upper Dublin) is set to open this fall.

In addition to 402 apartments, the retail side will be home to Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Clean Juice, LaScalas Fire, and other retailers.
