PennDot has issued that motorists will encounter travel restrictions this week on several state highways in Chester and Montgomery counties for sign structure repair operations. The following is PennDot’s work schedule that will effect our area:
Monday, January 15, through Friday, January 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 309 (Fort Washington Expressway) between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and U.S. 202 interchanges in Lower Gwynedd, Montgomery, and Upper Dublin townships, Montgomery County.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
