Upper Dublin 19-year-old arrested and charged on 20 felony counts involving child pornography

The Montgomery County District Attorney announced today that Aaron Domsky of the Dresher section of Upper Dublin was arrested on August 5th and charged with 20 felony counts of possessing child pornography with children less than 13 years old.

The investigation of Domsky began on June 16th when the Montgomery County Detective Bureau received a CyberTip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children regarding a Dropbox account that was used to upload three videos of child pornography.

According to the announcement, the three videos depicted the same 12-year-old girl undressing and being photographed in various sexual positions at the direction of someone off-camera.

The investigation followed the trail to a Comcast internet account at the Domsky’s residence. A search warrant for the Dropbox account produced 121 files of child pornography.

Domsky was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Patricia Zaffarano, who set bail at $50,000 unsecured, and the defendant was released. Domsky waived his preliminary hearing scheduled for August 14th, and all charges were held.
