Yesterday, AroundAmbler.com asked local candidates for elected office to sign a transparency pledge. The latest candidate to return a signed pledge is Paul Nicotera (R-Libertarian) who will go head to head against Gary Scarpello (D) for Upper Dublin (Ward 3) Commissioner in November.
