Video: Walking Tour of Lindenwold Castle Pre- Renovation

As we all know, the Goldenberg Group is pairing up with Guidi Homes to redevelop the St. Mary’s Villa site and has started the groundbreaking to build a luxury residential community at this site. This development team anticipates delivering homes in 2020.

In addition to Goldenberg and Guidi, Aquinas Realty Partners has retained the Lindenwold castle at Mattison Estates and is investing close to 3 million to preserve the structure. As we reported in an article from March, the castle will be converted into 18,000 square feet of office space.

Here is a walking tour video posted on Aquinas Realty Partners’ website of Lindenwold Castle as it stands now, before the reconstruction and renovations take place…

The Aquinas website also has pre-renovation photos to look at here. Because of the sensitivity to preserve the castle properly, Aquinas has involved the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia to help in this effort. The Preservation Alliance has placed the property into a historic preservation easement. You can read more about that in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s article from earlier this month that dives intoAquinas Realty Development and their involvement in the Mattison Estate Development project.

See that article here in full.

Aquinas is also involved in the redevelopment of another historical property, the former site of the St. Katherine Drexel National Shrine in Bensalem.
