Your Way Home is Montgomery County, Pennsylvania’s unified and coordinated housing crisis response system for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. This public-private partnership with Montgomery County launched in January 2014.  Your Way Home has reduced literal homelessness by 33 percent since 2013.

Starting on March 1st,  Your Way Home will be working with a new call center provider, 2-1-1 of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and will allow for a 24-hour helpline by dialing 2-1-1, that connects individuals to help, support and information in crisis situations.

The new 2-1-1 SEPA hotline is part of the national 2-1-1 Call Centers initiative that seeks to provide an easy to remember telephone number along with web resources to find health and human services. Residents can get connected and get answers by visiting the SEPA website  or calling 2-1-1 or 1-866-964-7925. Users can also text 898-211.
