Whitpain Recreation Association is introducing a new soccer division, TOPSoccer, which has been specifically created for athletes with special needs so every player can participate regardless of ability or level of expertise.

Participation in TOPSoccer includes a jersey and socks.  Players will need to have cleats and shin guards and soccer balls will be available if players do not have their own.

Games will be played on Saturdays at Shady Grove Elementary School, everyone will participate and learn new skills. Opening Day is September 15th.
